At PropStaged, we strive to provide high-quality AI virtual staging services. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with our service.

2. Credit-Based System

PropStaged operates on a credit-based system. When you purchase a credit package, you receive credits that can be used to generate virtually staged images. Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Technical failures that prevent you from using the service
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Unused credits within 14 days of purchase (for first-time purchases only)

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have already been used to generate images
  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago
  • Free credits provided upon signup

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@propstaged.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or details

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
